If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to our store or call our sales department at 877-9-MORAYS for details to return your purchase by mail. Morays allow 5 days for returns of timepieces and jewelry from date of receipt. All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and presented with the original packaging and original receipt. All refunds will be given to you in the manner in which you made your purchase. If you made the purchase on your credit card, you will be credited accordingly. If the item was received as a gift, then you will receive a non-refundable (store or merchandise) credit. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
During the holiday season, returns on purchases made from December 1 to December 25 are accepted until the end of the first week of January of the following year.

To properly return an item to Morays Jewelers, please do the following:
- Notify Morays Jewelers of your intent to return your item by calling 1-877-9-MORAYS or email firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then be given a Return Authorization Number to write on the outside of your package.
- Pack up your item for return including the original jewelry or watch box and all paperwork (including diamond certificates, and/or watch papers. There is a $250 replacement fee for lost or damaged certificates or watch papers).

- Insure the package for the full selling price (minus shipping charges). Please check with your selected mail carrier ahead of time to make sure that they will allow you to insure your shipment for the full value. If you do not insure the item for the full selling price, Morays Jewelers will not accept the shipment.

Must Be Returned in Original Condition
Returns and exchanges are not permitted, and will be refused, if the item has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way (including engraving, sizing or the removal of links, tags, etc).
Special Order or Custom Work
Special order and custom order items, and deposits for special orders, are not returnable and are not refundable under any circumstances. Charges and payments for watch repairs or servicing are for the work performed and are not refundable. All service or repair work is warranted for one year from the date of service.
Return Authorization Required
A return authorization from Morays Jewelers is required prior to returning any merchandise. Return authorizations must be requested within 5 days of the date of delivery and must include a Return Authorization Number. Any return not having a Return Authorization Number will be refused.
Your refund will be processed as soon as we have received and accepted your returned item. Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by one of our Graduate Gemologists to confirm that the original item has been returned and that it is in acceptable condition. Be aware that worn or damaged items or those that have been engraved, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. Furthermore, return packages which do not display a Morays Jewelers RA# (Return Authorization Number), which are improperly packaged, or are uninsured will be refused upon receipt.
